A private memoir of desire, duty, and the inner voices that rule a life.

For more than fifty years I have lived with a powerful, restless force inside me Pan the wild primal giant of raw hunger and insatiable desire. This is the story of a life shaped by the roar of that force, and by the women who awakened it — women who carried something of Aphrodite fire: her sensuality, her independence, and her unashamed appetite for life and pleasure.

Through memories and shadow tales told from both perspectives, this work explores the eternal tension between primal urge and the quieter voices of duty, reason, and self-control. Some moments are tender and fleeting. Some are reckless and costly. All of them left deep marks.

This is not a conventional memoir. It is a messy, honest reckoning — equal parts celebration, remorse, nostalgia, and homage to the women who shared those electric, complicated moments with me.

Some scenes are intimate. Some are painful. All of them are true to the voices that lived inside me.
